Job Summary
Take and place orders, serve and garnish food and drinks efficiently, and collect money while adhering to cash handling and comp procedures. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of front and back areas, clear tables and counters, and properly label and date products per safety protocols. Pack orders per guest preferences, perform opening and closing duties based on shift assignment, and unload warehouse orders to stock stations. Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority or refer matters to management and security for unusual events. This role supports the guest experience across MGM's Las Vegas properties including Aria, Bellagio, and The Cosmopolitan, offering a starting rate of $15.25 plus tips.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Open availability as this position begins as Part-Time/On-Call for some properties
Desired Qualifications
- One year of experience as a Food Handler in a similar, high-volume, fast paced restaurant preferred
- Previous experience as a Barista for Starbucks or a Similar cafe environment preferred
- One year of guest service experience preferred
