Job Summary
Delivers legendary customer service by providing prompt service, quality beverages, and food products while maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment and communicates information to the manager to support the team. Follows operational policies, including cash handling and safety standards, while adhering to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Assists with new partner training by reinforcing successful performance and provides respectful coaching as needed. Maintains a calm demeanor during high volume and ensures regular, punctual attendance. Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of food and beverage service industry experience in QSR and/or Starbucks
- Demonstrate honesty and integrity inside and outside the workplace
- Ability to obtain and maintain food handler's certification card
- Ability to lift 45 lbs
- Strive for a 100% of customer satisfaction
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Meet required dress code
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
