Job Summary
Deliver an unmatched coffee experience by serving espresso, pour over, flash chill, and loose-leaf tea while educating customers on beans, drinks, food, and merchandise. Follow manager directives to anticipate needs, ensure smooth café operations, and uphold product and service standards. Adhere to company policies including cash handling and hospitality best practices, maintaining the highest standards in drinks, customer interaction, and attitude. Work a flexible schedule covering early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for four hours. Possess a current ServSafe Food Handler's card or acquire one.

- Ability to exhibit confidence and clarity when communicating product information
- Possession of a current ServSafe Food Handler's card
- Ability to acquire a ServSafe Food Handler's certificate
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for 4+ hours
- Ability to maneuver effectively around the café, office, and up/downstairs
