Complete opening and closing duties including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment and areas, and locking doors. Set up and stock work areas, input orders into the cash register, and collect payment from customers. Take orders, record them in the MICROS system, and prepare food and coffee beverages. Bus coffee cart areas, clean dishes and work surfaces, and obtain change for expected business levels. Count the bank at shift end, complete cashier reports, resolve discrepancies, and secure receipts. Ensure appliances are turned on or off appropriately and follow all safety and security policies. Maintain a clean, professional appearance while welcoming guests and addressing their service needs.
