Job Summary
Prepare espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages according to recipes while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation during peak hours. Greet guests with warmth, answer menu questions, and process orders using the Square POS system. Maintain a clean, sanitary work area by following daily cleaning checklists and restocking ingredients as needed. Communicate effectively with coworkers and support front-of-house operations. Full barista training is provided.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Arizona Food Handler's Card
- Minimum of 2 year of general work experience
- Must possess a valid Arizona Food Handler's Card (or obtain before first shift)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
