Job Summary
Prepare for comprehensive paid barista training through our apprenticeship program, learning signature coffee-making techniques and operations before launching. Execute daily specialty coffee service with a focus on great customer service and culinary expression at our Montecito location. Maintain flexibility to work shifts any day of the week, averaging 28-30 hours per week.
