Job Summary
Responsible for preparing coffee shop beverages and food, operating the cash register, and providing courteous customer service. Duties include brewing and mixing beverages, ensuring safe food handling, processing payments, stocking items, and maintaining cleanliness. Good communication skills and ability to interact with customers are essential, along with organizational skills. Physical demands involve lifting up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. A high school diploma or GED and one year of retail experience are preferred.
