Job Summary
Prepare and perfect barista beverages and crafty cocktails while accurately taking orders from guests and servers. Process payments, manage the POS system, and maintain cleanliness across the bar, espresso machines, and storage areas. Restock bar inventory and serve food orders to guests seated at the breakfast counter. Work in a standing position for long periods (10+ hours) in a full-service breakfast restaurant environment. This role requires expert bartending skills, knowledge of Snooze food and beverage standards, and ability to work with guests in the predominant language(s).
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US
- All county required food and alcohol serving certifications must be obtained prior to employment
- able to safely lift and easily maneuver up to 20 pounds
- able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (10 plus hours)
- able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our Guests
- expert bartenders and baristas
- knowledgeable of Snooze food, beverage, and service standards
- fun, energetic, eager, and a committed team member
