Job Summary
Barista prepares and perfects beverages (including cocktails) and serves guests, taking orders accurately, processing payments, and maintaining a welcoming experience at a busy breakfast/brunch setting. Responsibilities include recording orders in POS, serving beverages according to the Snooze Beverage Doctrine, delivering food orders to guests, restocking bar inventory, and keeping espresso/coffee equipment and bar areas clean. Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 pounds, communicate with guests, and be at least 21 years old with US work authorization. Certifications for county-required food and alcohol service must be obtained prior to employment.
