Barista / Smoothie Specialist crafts high-quality coffee beverages, smoothies, and specialty drinks while delivering outstanding hospitality in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities include preparing and serving beverages to company standards, maintaining a clean and stocked beverage station, processing orders/payments via POS, educating guests on menu offerings, following food-safety guidelines, assisting with opening/closing duties, supporting teammates during busy periods, and contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.
