Job Summary
Greet customers, welcome questions, and suggestively sell gift cards and merchandise while soliciting orders and processing payments. Serve all drink orders according to recipe and aesthetic guidelines, then manage the cash drawer following established procedures. Operate and maintain cleanliness of all store equipment and coworker areas, optimize workflow efficiency by restocking workstations, and maintain cleanliness of customer areas. Work shifts between 5:30am and 6pm. Enjoy a free specialty drink on shift, flexible schedule, and tips.
Required Qualifications
- US work authorization
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
