Job Summary
Greet customers, present drink menus, answer questions, and offer recommendations while taking orders with attention to detail. Prepare custom coffee beverages following The Sicilian Butcher's recipes and plate desserts and pastries with aesthetically pleasing presentation. Monitor the visual appeal and inventory of baked goods on display, maintaining a clean and tidy work area including coffee and drink-making equipment. Comply with safety regulations and ensure all guests receive genuine, memorable hospitality. This role requires working various shifts in a fast-paced environment, with competitive pay plus tips and opportunities for career growth within our growing concept.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Previous restaurant and beverage experience
- Must have a current food handlers' card or be able to obtain one
- Must have experience
- Must be a positive attitude
- Must be punctual
- Must be a team player
- Must be willing to go the extra mile to satisfy every need of our guests
- Must be able to work various shifts
- Must have customer service skills
- Must have knowledge of brewing equipment
