Job Summary
Produce and present freshly prepared Colada Shop beverages following recipes while demonstrating knowledge of coffee, espresso, and retail stations. Educate and serve customers on distinctive food and beverage products, maintaining stock levels and merchandising standards. Open and close the area per checklist, verifying completion with the Manager on Duty. Maintain personal hygiene, professional dress code, and work areas in accordance with Health Department standards. Follow service steps and selling skills to provide exceptional customer service. Work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
- Prolonged periods of moving and standing for at least 2 consecutive hours
- May involve reaching above eye level and crouching
- Frequent use of computers including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
- Frequently lift/move up to 25 lbs.
