Job Summary
Produce and present freshly prepared beverages following Colada Shop recipes while demonstrating knowledge of coffee, espresso, retail, and food stations. Educate and serve customers on distinctive food and beverage products, maintaining personal hygiene and professional dress code. Open and close the area using appropriate checklists and verify completion with the Manager on Duty. Maintain stock levels, merchandising standards, and work area cleanliness in accordance with Health Department standards. Process register transactions using handheld equipment and cash registers. Work flexible schedules including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, lifting up to 25 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
- Prolonged periods of moving and standing for at least 2 consecutive hours
- May involve reaching above eye level and crouching
- Frequent use of computers including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
- Frequently lift/move up to 25 lbs.
