Prepare beverages and serve food to guests according to standard operating procedures, ensuring proper proportions and ingredient control. Maintain clean and organized work areas by setting up the bar and back bar per established procedures. Respond quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Perform pre and post-shift side work including stock service and making coffee. Requires minimum six months of F&B customer service experience with cash handling.
