Job Summary
Primary Barista responsibilities include preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages (coffee, espresso, lattes, teas, and specialty drinks) to exact standards; greeting guests with a warm, professional attitude; maintaining a clean and organized barista station; monitoring and restocking supplies; ensuring all equipment is cleaned and functioning; following food safety and Legends’ quality standards; collaborating with team members and supervisors during peak times; assisting with setup and breakdown before/after events; and performing other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer-facing food and beverage role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for guest service
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of coffee and espresso preparation techniques a plus
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Must be available to work all major stadium events, including Tampa Bay Buccaneers and USF games, concerts, and private events
- Must adhere to Legends’ grooming and uniform standards
- Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
