Job Summary
Prepare all beverages and food to meet specifications while proactively suggesting enhancements to improve the customer experience. Present a positive image of PJ's to customers and coworkers, ensuring the store maintains sanitary, safety, and aesthetic standards through daily checklists and par level management. Follow cash handling procedures accurately, alert management to operational needs and equipment failures, and enforce company policies and safety rules. Attend training sessions to increase coffee knowledge and work skills, applying that education to daily operations. Maintain a positive environment with fast, efficient, and friendly service while upholding the brand's reputation and integrity.
