Follow cash handling procedures accurately and alert management to operational needs, equipment failure, or necessary improvements. Present a positive image of the brand to customers and coworkers while enforcing company policies and safety rules. Attend training sessions to increase coffee knowledge and work skills, applying that learning to operations.
