Barista

The barista is responsible for crafting all PJ’s Coffee beverages and food items to PJ’s specifications while delivering fast, efficient, and friendly service. Maintain a positive environment for customers and staff, uphold the store’s reputation and brand integrity, and ensure sanitary, safe, and aesthetically pleasing shop conditions. Responsibilities include presenting a positive image, proactively suggesting beverages and pastries to enhance the customer experience, following cash handling procedures, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards, reporting equipment or operational needs to management, and participating in training to deepen coffee knowledge and grow into larger roles within the company.
