Job Summary
PJ’s Coffee of New Orleans in Waller, TX is hiring part-time Baristas. Responsibilities include preparing hot and cold drinks per PJ’s standards, maintaining a clean workspace, following health and safety guidelines, addressing customer requests quickly and positively, memorizing the menu, assisting with inventory/restocking, processing guest payments, and showing up on time for shifts. Preferred qualifications include 1 year of coffee or food experience and knowledge of coffee brewing. Training will be provided. Must maintain a current Food Handlers certification and have basic cash handling skills; ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment. This role emphasizes friendly customer service and accurate beverage preparation, with compensation in the $10.00–$12.00 per hour range including tips.
