Job Summary
Prepare all beverages and food to meet specifications while proactively suggesting new items to enhance the customer experience. Maintain a positive image for customers and coworkers by ensuring excellent service and safe work practices. Follow cash handling procedures accurately and ensure the store meets sanitary, safety, and aesthetic requirements through daily checklists and par level maintenance. Alert management to operational needs, equipment failures, and necessary improvements. Attend training sessions to increase coffee knowledge and apply skills to operations.

- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to communicate through different communication channels, including email, phone, project management software, and conference calls (if necessary)
