Job Summary
Prepare and serve specialty hot and cold coffee, tea, and warm dessert items while taking guest orders and collecting payments. Interact with guests and co-workers to provide exceptional hospitality, explain menu ingredients and cooking methods, and offer local area directions. Maintain a clean workstation, follow health and safety guidelines, and adhere to recipes and presentations. This role requires one year of restaurant or coffee shop experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to stand for extended periods while lifting up to 50 pounds. You must be punctual with consistent attendance and contribute to a positive team environment. Required Qualifications
