Job Summary
Welcome every guest with a warm greeting and guide them through coffees, pastries, and desserts. Prepare espresso drinks, drip coffee, and other beverages to consistent quality standards. Serve and plate pastries, desserts, and grab-and-go items while making simple recommendations. Ring in orders accurately, handle cashless payments, and keep the line moving smoothly. Maintain a clean, well-stocked pastry case and coffee station, including restocking, labeling, and rotating product. Support the front-of-house team with light bussing, resetting tables, and general cleaning. Morning availability is especially valuable for our 7:00–10:00 a.m. breakfast service, with the role open full-time or part-time.
Required Qualifications
- Comfort standing for most of your shift
- Lifting up to ~25 lbs for restocking and moving product
- Morning availability
- Reliability and professionalism—you show up on time, ready to work, and ready to support your team
Desired Qualifications
- Prior barista, bakery, café, or counter-service experience
- Genuine interest in great coffee, pastries, and French‐inspired food
