Job Summary
Prepare coffee drinks, portion menu items, and ensure proper presentation and temperature for all food and beverage orders. Provide quick, attentive, and professional service to banquet guests while maintaining high responsiveness to customer requests. Reset, stock, and clean the cafe and beverage stations, including opening and closing checklists, ensuring all equipment is stored appropriately. Communicate clearly with kitchen staff, waitstaff, and supervisors to coordinate service during peak periods. Maintain a professional appearance and knowledge of current menu offerings and special items. Work in a fast-paced, event-driven environment with availability for many peak periods.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, G.E.D., or related Food Service Job Experience
- Ability to acquire and maintain a Food Handler's Card
- Ability to acquire and maintain Alcohol Awareness Certification
- Ability to acquire and maintain other required compliance trainings

- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Previous experience preparing coffee drinks
