Job Summary
Provide superior customer service in a hotel cafe setting, greeting guests and accurately preparing orders, ringing guest checks, and handling payments using POS systems. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet, balance the cash drawer, and adhere to attendance rules. Demonstrate effective communication, conflict resolution, and adaptability in a hospitality environment while supporting a positive guest experience. Required Qualifications
- Basic mathematical skills to operate a cash register and handle payments
- Ability to operate a keyboard and Point of Sale procedures
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a hospitality environment
- Greet customers and provide friendly, accurate service
- Ability to manage cash and balance a cash drawer
