Job Summary
Prepare and serve hot or cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, and teas, while ensuring accurate measurements and adherence to standard recipes. Take customer drink orders promptly, check IDs, collect signatures for card transactions, and maintain organized receipts. Prepare menu items such as sandwiches, muffins, breads, bagels, and fruit boxes, wrapping and labeling food according to safety standards. Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, equipment, and seating; stock supplies; and monitor temperatures of freezers, refrigerators, and heating equipment. Maintain high food safety and health standards while promoting positive relations with guests and team members. This fast-paced role requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 30+ pounds in a 24/7 casino and hotel environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- minimum of six (6) months customer service experience
- State and County sanitation procedures knowledge
- current Washington State Food Handlers Permit
- Washington State Liquor License
- ability to operate and clean various beverage dispensers
- ability to understand and follow directions
- minimum of 18 years old
- ability to obtain and retain a Washington State Class II Gaming License
- successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
- footwear with non-skid, slip resistant soles
