Job Summary
Prepare and serve hot or cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, and teas, ensuring accurate pours and adherence to standard recipes. Take customer drink orders promptly, check IDs, collect signatures for card transactions, and keep receipts organized. Prepare menu items such as sandwiches, muffins, and bagels, while wrapping, labeling, and dating food according to safety standards. Maintain and stock supplies, clean and sanitize work areas and equipment, and monitor temperatures of refrigeration and heating units. Assist other team members as needed and set up product displays. Work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment at Lucky Eagle Casino and Hotel, maintaining high food safety standards and positive guest relations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- minimum of six (6) months customer service experience
- State and County sanitation procedures knowledge
- current Washington State Food Handlers Permit
- Washington State Liquor License
- ability to operate and clean various beverage dispensers
- ability to understand and follow directions
- minimum of 18 years old
- ability to obtain and retain a Washington State Class II Gaming License
- successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
- footwear with non-skid, slip resistant soles
- ability to stand
