Barista (Part-Time) | Cafe Vita - Smith Tower

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, tea, and other beverages according to company standards. Greet guests warmly, take orders, and provide product recommendations. Operate coffee and espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including beverage stations, counters, and dining areas. Handle cash, credit, and digital payment transactions accurately. Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to management. Restock coffee bar and serving stations with necessary amenities (lids, straws, napkins, etc.). Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures. May assist with training new team members and supporting co-workers during peak periods. Address guest questions, concerns, or special requests promptly and professionally. Other tasks as assigned.
