Job Summary
Barista at Fairmont Grand Del Mar contributes to the guest experience by delivering prompt, enthusiastic service, crafting quality beverages and food orders, maintaining store operations and cleanliness, handling cash and paperwork, and supporting other food & beverage areas as needed. Responsible for recognizing and meeting guest needs, following opening/closing checklists, stocking and labeling displays, and upholding the Fairmont luxury brand promise with strong interpersonal and communication skills in a team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Education or equivalent
- Food Handlers card required
- Sanitation Certificate
- TIPS Training or equivalent
- Must have knowledge and understanding of Food & Beverage
- Must have strong PC skills in meeting administrative requirements
- Prior restaurant experience preferred
