Barista will prepare and serve drip and specialty coffees, confirm guest orders and any special requests using the hotel’s POS system, describe items with vivid tasting notes, maintain knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation methods, anticipate guest needs, provide personalized service, and ensure accurate handling of payments and checks. The role emphasizes exceptional knowledge of coffee, espresso, and tea, guest satisfaction, and a luxury-hospitality standard aligned with Four Seasons’ service culture.
