Job Summary
Barista responsible for preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, snacks, and pastries; operating coffee machines and equipment; delivering excellent customer service; maintaining a clean, welcoming environment; monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies; and providing beverage recommendations based on knowledge of coffee flavors, brewing methods, and recipes. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, prior experience in a similar role, knowledge of coffee brewing methods, strong time-management and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
