Job Summary
Conduct daily barista operations while managing guest interactions and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction. Coordinate team shifts including early mornings, weekends, and holidays, and communicate effectively with employees and guests in English. Utilize Microsoft Office to prioritize tasks, multitask, and organize schedules. Maintain a positive attitude and ethics aligned with company values while driving various vehicle types as needed. Requires a valid driver's license, two years of supervisory experience, and flexibility for varied hours.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years previous work experience as supervisor in a similar capacity
- Flexible in scheduled shifts, including early morning start times, weekdays, weekends and or holidays
- Can communicates in English both written and oral
- Have a valid driver's license
- Have experience driving different vehicle types such as a manual or automatic vehicle
