Job Summary
Craft high-quality coffee and beverages per OTG specifications while maintaining cleanliness in service stations. Provide hospitality to guests by walking them through the ordering and payment system, offering dietary suggestions, and addressing inquiries. Follow standard operating procedures, cash handling policies, and safety protocols. Adhere to health and sanitation laws, restock displays, and assist team members as needed. Inform leadership of guest feedback, low inventory, and equipment issues. Sample products every shift to ensure quality and participate in required training sessions. Work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Hospitable, customer service-oriented
- Able to lift 35 lbs. in weight
- Familiarity with espresso/coffee machines and kitchen equipment
- Ability to be mobile and able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch
- Must be proficient with computers, processing payment information through the POS system
- Must be able to work varied hours/days, nights, weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather conditions
