Job Summary
Greet customers, welcome questions, and suggestively sell gift cards, complementary products, and merchandise. Solicit orders, enter sales, and process payments while serving drinks according to recipe and aesthetic guidelines. Manage the cash drawer, maintain equipment cleanliness, and optimize workflow by restocking workstations. Operate all store equipment and uphold food safety standards while delivering products within speed-of-service guidelines. Maintain coworker and customer area cleanliness and demonstrate genuine appreciation to each guest. This part-time role at a Drive Thru Coffee Shop Kiosk requires standing for the entire shift and includes flexible day or evening schedules with weekend availability.
