Job Summary
Prepare coffee beverages for the entire restaurant, including classic espresso drinks like cappuccinos, macchiatos, and cortados, while dialing in shots consistently and creating latte art. Support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality by interacting with all colleagues and guests, maintaining attention to detail and working with a sense of urgency in a high-volume environment. Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and operational success.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working as a barista in a similar environment
- Curious Intelligence to continue learning in the position
Desired Qualifications
- Possess a passion for coffee and ability to prepare classic espresso beverages (cappuccinos, macchiatos, cortados etc.), as well as a familiarity with current trends in the specialty coffee and tea industry
- Demonstrate an ability to dial in espresso and pull great shots consistently with the ability to create latte art
- Work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Interact and communicate with all colleagues and guests to consistently support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality
