Job Summary
Barista responsibilities include preparing and serving high-quality coffees, teas, and specialty beverages while delivering outstanding guest service in a luxury resort’s café, lounge, and food & beverage outlets. Maintain coffee station cleanliness, operate professional espresso machines, ensure consistency in drink preparation and presentation, take orders and process payments, monitor stock levels, follow food safety and health & safety procedures, and recommend beverages and pastries to guests. Support colleagues across food & beverage operations during busy periods and contribute to a memorable luxury guest experience. Immediate start available with daytime shifts and live-in accommodation.
