Barista

Prepare, stock, and maintain your station continuously throughout the day while greets guests, determining their coffee interests and needs. Educate guests by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu and answering questions, then prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following prescribed recipes along with pastries, sandwiches, and other food items. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations, use the cash register for accurate cash handling and payment processing, and work as a team to train new members and cross-train in other departments. Complete weekly inventory and order lists, clean and maintain all equipment continuously, and perform any other tasks as requested by the Operations Manager. This role requires previous barista experience, SERV Safe certification, and physical ability to stand for long periods.
