Prepare, stock, and maintain your station continuously throughout the day while greeting guests, determining their coffee interests, and educating them on the menu. Serve a variety of coffee drinks following prescribed recipes alongside pastries, sandwiches, and other food items. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations, use the cash register for accurate payment processing, and complete weekly inventory and order lists. Clean and maintain all equipment continuously and work as a team to train new members and cross-train in other departments. Perform any other tasks as requested by the Operations Manager. This role supports Metz Culinary Management's family-driven hospitality model in a busy college setting.
