Job Summary
Prepare and serve a wide range of high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and quality standards. Ensure proper grinding, tamping, and extraction while maintaining a clean, organized work area and monitoring inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and milk. Greet customers, take orders, process payments, and handle inquiries or complaints professionally, engaging with guests to make recommendations based on their preferences. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and stay updated on industry trends and brewing techniques. Required Qualifications
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (e.g., bags of coffee beans)
Desired Qualifications

- Familiarity with espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
