Job Summary
Delight customers with consistent, welcoming hospitality and turn every interaction into a regular. Maintain a clean, organized environment upholding local health and Blank Street standards while mastering cash handling, inventory, and opening/closing procedures. Partner with Operations and Marketing teams for events and promotions to expand the brand, and lead by example with your passion for coffee and matcha. Train and evolve with the company to drive higher standards and improve processes. Work part-time (15-25 hours/week) or full-time (30-40 hours/week) with weekend and holiday availability preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years' experience in a customer service position, preferably in hospitality, retail, or coffee
- 18+ years of age
- Able to lift 25+ lbs, and to stand for long periods of time
- Availability that meets the needs of our cafes
- Part Time: 15-25 hours per week, 3 days per week and must be able to work 2 peak days (peak days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- Full Time: 30-40 hours per week, 4-5 days per week and must be able to work 2 peak days (peak days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred
- You must be authorized to work in the U.S.: upon acceptance of a job offer and completion of the Form I-9 with acceptable documents, Blank Street will provide the federal government with employees' Form I-9 information to confirm authorization to work in the U.S. (a process known as "E-Verify")
