Job Summary
Barista at One Lifestyle, Ltd. Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, POS systems, and other café equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including counters, machines, and seating areas. Restock supplies such as cups, lids, syrups, coffee beans, and pastries. Assist with opening and closing tasks, including cleaning, inventory checks, and cash handling. Must be able to learn beverage preparation techniques and follow recipes; strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. All must align with core values: Performance, Communication, Leadership, Quality, and Teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least one (1) year of related customer experience
