Job Summary
Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient service to every guest by taking orders at the counter and preparing coffee beverages and specialty drinks according to Starbucks standards. Operate the point-of-sale system, process payments, and maintain accurate records for refunds and voids while recommending menu items and upselling featured products. Prepare and serve food items following food safety guidelines, monitor product quality, and stock, replenish, and organize supplies. Wash equipment and dishes, work collaboratively with team members, and maintain a clean workspace. Schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for 24/7 operations.
