Job Summary
Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold coffee beverages while ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and service standards. Create quality latte art and support premium beverage presentation, maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the coffee station. Manage coffee beans, syrups, milk, equipment, and daily stock levels to support smooth restaurant operations during busy service periods. Engage with guests professionally to deliver excellent coffee service with confidence and attention to detail. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista required, with fine dining or luxury hotel background preferred. Basic English communication skills and a valid passport with 1 year remaining are necessary for relocation to Kuwait.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a Barista
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso machines, and brewing techniques
- Good grooming, presentable appearance, and professional attitude
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Basic English communication skills required
- Ready to relocate to Kuwait
- Valid passport with at least 1 year remaining
