Job Summary
Greet guests warmly, maintain deep product knowledge of the menu and Coach brand heritage, and meet sales goals by promoting beverages, food, and merchandise. Support floor sets, replenishment, and visual merchandising while operating espresso machines, grinders, and ovens to prepare handcrafted beverages. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards, work closely with team members to solve problems, and delegate tasks effectively. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and public holidays; lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs, occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
- Ability to meet store operating policies and standards, including food safety and cash handling
- Organizational skills and ability to work with food & beverage operating systems
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business—including nights, weekends, busy season, and high-traffic retail days (including but not limited to public holidays)
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience as a barista or in a café setting preferred
- Experience in customer-facing roles and delegating tasks
