Job Summary
Barista role at Hotel Santa Barbara under Geronimo Hospitality Group. You will serve customers and extend great customer service by providing information to help with food and beverage selections, create and present order choices, and maintain a warm, friendly coffee-house atmosphere. Responsibilities include learning the coffee menu and food options, educating customers about drinks, keeping the work area and customer area clean, stocking coffee beans and supplies, maintaining equipment, and leaving a positive impression to encourage return visits. Requires U.S. work authorization; one year of barista experience is preferred. Strong basic math, legible handwriting, and excellent customer service and verbal communication skills are desired.
