Greet customers, take orders, and prepare hot and cold beverages including coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, teas, and smoothies. Maintain a clean, organized workstation, follow health and safety standards, and manage inventory by ordering supplies as needed. Accept payment, provide change, and respond to customer questions about menu items while adhering to all store policies and procedures. Perform opening and closing duties as required. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of various coffee brewing techniques and products.
