Job Summary
Take coffee, beverage, and food orders, input them into the POS system, collect payment, and prepare orders. Bus coffee cart areas and tables, then clean dishes, utensils, work areas, tables, and equipment throughout the day. Complete opening and closing duties by setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and ensuring appliances are turned on or off at appropriate times. Stock work areas, obtain change for expected business levels, count the bank at shift end, resolve discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure the bank. Abide by all state, federal, and corporate requirements for food and alcoholic beverages, follow safety policies, and report accidents or unsafe conditions.
