Job Summary
Prepare coffee and espresso drinks and other beverage items using standard measures and recipes. Stock and maintain coffee station supplies while keeping the service area clean. Run and maintain the POS system with attention to detail and accuracy. Build relationships with customers by maintaining a positive environment and providing high-level service. Know and maintain Fooda Standards of Service and Sanitation daily. Escalate issues to the Manager when necessary. Competitive wages of $18/hr, insurance benefits, paid time off, and a daily lunch subsidy are included. Full-time authorization is required.
Required Qualifications
- You are comfortable with customers and enjoy customer service
- You are comfortable with handling cash and providing accurate change
- You are friendly, high energy and comfortable interacting with other people
- You are able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand on your feet for up to two hours
- You are comfortable with technology and running a POS system
- Strong communication skills and being a self-starter are required
- Know and maintain the Fooda Standards of Service and Sanitation on a daily basis
- Escalate issues to Manager when necessary to keep them informed or help problem solve
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Desired Qualifications
- Prior barista and cashier experience preferred
