Job Summary
Makes and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items. Handles food according to HACCP guidelines and standards for quality food-service operations. Interacts with customers and other employees in a friendly, courteous manner. Essential duties include preparing espresso orders, entering orders into POS, handling cash/credit payments, replenishing supplies, maintaining sanitation, ensuring proper food preparation and serving temperatures, merchandising display foods attractively, and communicating with customers to aid in their buying decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of previous experience working in a Starbucks is required.
