Job Summary
Makes and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related food and beverage items. Handles food according to HACCP guidelines and standards for quality food-service operations. Interacts with customers and other employees in a friendly, courteous manner. Essential duties include preparing espresso orders, entering orders into POS, replenishing supplies, maintaining sanitation, following recipes and production standards, merchandising display foods, assisting in upselling, and performing other duties as assigned. Schedule is full-time with a Monday–Friday 11:00 am–7:00 pm shift; benefits are offered to associates. The role emphasizes customer service, accuracy in order taking, adherence to HACCP, and teamwork in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

- Previous barista experience required.
